What products do you offer?

With over 3500 motifs and sayings, we serve a wide range of occasions of all kinds.

With an ever-growing range, we take the liberty of making small differences to the product images to ensure the greatest possible completeness. These include, among other things, insignificant color differences to previous production batches, individual words changed to German/English or minimal deviations in the placement of the motif on the product.

What payment methods are there?

You can pay for online shopping with all common payment methods, e.g. Paypal, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay.

The shipping costs are made up as follows:

Can I choose different billing and shipping addresses?

This option is available in the checkout area.

How long is the delivery time and is there express shipping?

Our regular processing time is 2 working days (order taking, packaging, submission for dispatch). In addition, there is a standard delivery time of between 2-4 working days for the shipping service provider.

Unfortunately, sometimes an order does not arrive until a few days later, which in most cases is due to the shipping service provider being overloaded.

Where is my package?

Please contact us via the chat function or by email if you have any questions about the shipment status. Each request will be answered personally in a timely manner.

How does the return work, if applicable?

At this point, please note our terms and conditions and the right of withdrawal.

First and foremost, the reason for the return is decisive here.

  • a product has obvious defects in color or quality, the shipping carrier has handled the product improperly, or a product is missing
  • no longer like / no longer needed

This then determines whether we will send you a replacement, create a return label for you, or you will have to return the order yourself.

Do I get my money back if I don't like a tin sign / magnet?

At this point, please note our terms and conditions and the right of withdrawal.

For every product that you don't like or that has a material defect, you will get your money back or we will send you a replacement. Please note that if there are no material defects or goods were delivered incorrectly, we will not accept the return shipment.

I need an invoice for my order!

That is absolutely no problem. It is best to let us know directly during the ordering process in the shopping cart/checkout or contact us via chat / e-mail.
